“Treatise on modern Italian fencing. Sword and saber, different ways of parrying bayonet and spear”. Cesare Alberto Blengini, 1864

The Blengini treatise addressed to young people with an ardent appeal to the desire for training with weapons, as this is one of the elements of the national strength. The author introduced his methods into fencing, which were aimed at teaching and educating students of that time. These methods were derived from many years of practice in the martial arts.
